Elena Garcia

Raised in beautiful Paso Robles, Elena is a long-time resident and graduate of Paso Robles High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Chico State University and currently works as a Social Worker in San Luis Obispo County. Elena has spent years as a dedicated volunteer for various community agencies supporting adults with developmental disabilities. She believes in the unique, inherent value of each person and strives to spread kindness at every chance. Elena’s vision for Paso Robles is one of inclusion, diversity, and proper representation of community members that have been overlooked and underserved.
